Phase 1 is about building the fundamental infrastructure within your socials. It allows any viewer passing by to gauge a summarised view of your business and what it is about. This preparation phase usually takes around 1-2 months as consistency here is key!

Phase 2 is all about organic growth! Here, we deploy an outbound strategy which actively searches for your ideal customer. Also, a boosting strategy can be used here to be able to allow local traffic to view and engage with your socials. Usual signs of this phase taking place are an increase in followers / page likes along with an increase in post engagement too. Word of mouth and customer service are the two biggest drivers for small local businesses and we believe that through this strategy, we get to optimise the effect of this.

Phase 3 is really where the fun begins! By this stage, your social media profiles are at optimum organic capacity and are ready to start selling and using offers as a tool to drive community engagement and online sales too. 

We use Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn advertising campaigns to really strive towards a bigger picture and more longer-term objectives.

This phase can last for as much time as you wish due to the long-term benefit it can bring, however, this phase can be deployed during phase 4 too as it is more effective in short bursts!

Phase 4 is where we maintain / continue with growth and development strategies. By this time, our growth is nearly complete. However, for local expansion plans / nationwide expansion plans, this is perfect! You now have a choice: To maintain your social media or to continue growing and post content to a much broader market and audience. Effective use of our “small wins and addons” section or an upgrade in package can be significantly beneficial here too.
